Our completed projects primarily consist of typical residential projects comprised of apartment blocks accompanied by necessary modern amenities. Post consolidation of some of our group entities in 1999, we have developed 37 commercial projects and 2000 residential projects (including one redevelopment project) aggregating to a total of 2.18 million sq. ft. of Developable Area.
S.R.BUILDERS was incorporated in 1999 and pursuant to a restructuring of the entities in our group in 2005, we acquired majority interests in certain entities forming part of our group. These entities on a cumulative basis prior to our acquisition have developed 3.30 million sq. ft.
